It is a rare and wonderful thing when you go to see a headlining band (the young Scottish boys of We Were Promised Jetpacks) only to be surprised and wowed by their opener. This happened to me Friday night at The Troubadour as The Lonely Forest took the stage.
I could only find an acoustic version of their lead singer doing their song “We Sing in Time” solo, but it still makes me very happy. I want to sing the body electric. So do you.
