Finals are over,  freedom is here. It all feels good.

One very nice D. Good took the train to spend the weekend with me, and we rode bikes around the city.  It was terribly fun.

While she was here I worked on a weighty final project for my course on Isaiah.  I re-read the whole of the book (in light of what I’ve learned) and picked one verse from each chapter that captured something particular about how to approach God.  Then I used each verse to reinterpret the whole book in a narrative poem.  I realize this was somewhat of an impossible task, but I tried nonetheless.  Here it is, on my Tumblr.

I need more creative projects demanded from me.  I would be healthier on the output.
