It is Saturday, and I want to try something new. I will brave Los Angeles’ very pitiful Metro connections to try to get from my house to the beach by bicycle and rail. My friends from Basilea in the city will meet me there. It’ll probably only take me 3.5 hours to arrive, but hey. We do what we can.
