It is that time of the year again when I take a break from normal blogging to have some sort of Sabbath-type rest.* In February I have done a photo (or, Holga) a day. In September it has become my quirky tradition to spend each day celebrating a certain memory. And so, September (like February) comes to me without warning.
We will begin on the morrow. But I suppose this photo is a teaser.
The Holga print is from a rainy day in Fells Point, Baltimore. Holding my little toy camera, my back is to the harbor, and I’m nearby one of my favorite coffee shops there, The Daily Grind.
* I know, I know, I have done a poor job of “normal blogging.” But I get a real kick out of these self-imposed thirty-day challenges. Just humor me.
so…no blogging in September or just photo-blogging?
Oh Jenelle, crazy times! Are you still on the East Coast? I love you and am thinking of you and praying for this fire (and all the fires!). Hope to talk via telly soon.
I really really like this idea. I’ve been enthralled with the idea of shifting my blog away from blatherings-in-the-moment to blatherings-I-still-carry. After all, the in-the-moment stuff hasn’t been tested yet. 🙂
